What we do with what you tell us.
People bring this product their real situations — negotiations, disputes, the decisions they can’t take anywhere else. That only works if it’s private. Here is exactly how your conversations are handled, in plain language.

The short version
- Your conversations are yours.They are stored in your account so you can return to them — and visible only to you.
- Never used to train models.Not ours, not anyone's. Your situations are not training data.
- Never sold, never shared.We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share your conversations with third parties for their own use.
- Yours to delete.Delete any conversation at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we remove it and its data.
What we store
To run your account and let you return to past counsel, we store: the email you sign up with, your conversations (your messages and the advisors’ replies), and basic account state such as your plan and usage counts. Your data is held behind row-level security — each account can read and write only its own rows.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe does, under its own PCI-compliant systems.
How your conversations are used
When you ask for counsel, your message and the relevant conversation history are sent to our AI providers — Anthropic (Claude) and, as a fallback, OpenRouter — solely to generate the reply you asked for. If you use voice mode, audio is processed by ElevenLabs to speak and transcribe in real time.
These providers process your text or audio transiently to produce a response. Your conversations are not used to train their models or ours. We do not feed your conversations into any model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation pipeline.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
- We do not share your conversations with third parties for their own purposes.
- We do not show your conversations to other users — ever.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand how the app is used (for example, that a council was convened, or which mode was chosen). These events never include the content of your conversations.
Your controls
- Delete a conversation at any time from the conversation menu — it is removed from your account.
- Delete your account. Ask us and we will delete your account and the data associated with it.
Security & independent review
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data is stored with established infrastructure providers (Supabase and Cloudflare), and access is scoped per account by row-level security.
